If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the product purchased online at our website subject to the following conditions:
The product is returned, unused, and in its original condition within 15 days of delivery. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final.
The product should be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice.
Goods once used or washed cannot be returned.
To avail of a refund, the customer is requested to send an email of the product pictures with the packaging to contact@juiceberry.in If the refund request is accepted, the customer will bear the return shipping cost and courier the product to:

Once we receive the product, we will check for wear and tear and then initiate the refund.
