All payments on JUICEBERRY are currently processed by Razorpay and Instamojo. Your financial information is collected and stored by these processors in compliance with industry security standards. JUICEBERRY will not collect Your credit/debit card number or other financial information. Card details are transacted upon secure, encrypted payment gateway sites.
8. Permissions
JUICEBERRY may seek permission from its Users to access Location, Contacts, Camera, Gallery, and other social media platforms for the purpose of facilitating better usage of JUICEBERRY.
9. Cookies
JUICEBERRY uses temporary cookies to collect and store certain non-sensitive information used for technical administration, research and development, and User administration. Cookies do not collect or store any Personal Information. You may disable cookies in Your browser settings; however, some features of JUICEBERRY may be limited as a result.

JUICEBERRY shall not be liable for any damages — personal, monetary, or reputational — caused to You by other Users, any third parties, or by Your own negligence.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed under the laws of India, and the courts of Karur, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In case of any disputes between the Users and JUICEBERRY, the same shall be resolved by Conciliation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If not settled by Conciliation, disputes shall be resolved by Arbitration before a sole arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English and the seat shall be at Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.
